BOTTLEMATIC OS Series

- label objects from 13 mm to 150 mm diameter and up to 200 mm in length on the Bottlematic OS10 and up to 300 mm in length on the Bottlematic OS16 (longer if the item has a neck)
- designed for a 76 mm label roll core
- auto-detection sensor detects bottles / jars and automatically starts applying labels for faster operation
- optical label sensor makes set up easy and requires less adjustment (not suitable for transparent labels)
- apply front and back labels simultaneously (if on same roll)
- tapered rollers can be adjusted for steeply tapered jars or bottles
- digital counter tracks how many label cycles have been completed
- built-in waste rewinder unit automatically winds up backing paper
- labels are applied at over 114 mm per second, allowing over 1000 pieces to be labelled per hour with average dexterity
- easy loading and removing of items being labelled
- comes complete with a convenient footswitch, keeping hands free for quick placement and removal of items
