JSPGS Automatic Cardboard Sleeving Machines deliver flexibility and efficiency in food packaging. They personalise food packaging by continuously applying pre-folded and pre-glued cardboard sleeves around trays and containers at an impressive packaging rate of up to 100 sleeves per minute and they have a small footprint.
Engineered for efficiency and flexibility, our Automatic Sleeve Applicators accommodate a wide range of trays and sleeve styles for an equally diverse range of products whilst the unique sleeve cassette system takes efficiency to a whole new level.

A compact and powerful system that prints and applies LINERFREE labels to boxes and cartons whilst in motion.
Saving on resources and reducing waste, the Linerfree technology uses 100% of the label material and has no backing paper which would otherwise end up in landfill. It enables you to print labels of various formats and lengths from the same roll of labels with a positive impact on productivity rates and carbon scores.
Options are available for various label positions including corner wrap-around labelling, and the smart user-friendly control interface provides multiple intelligent features to enhance productivity.
